Since joining Aromatic Flavours & Fragrances Europe Ltd in 2007, I have learnt alot about the fragrance manufacturing industry. I have used my past experiences in sales, customer facing and management roles to assist me within this new industry. I have a very good understanding of sending dangerous goods around the world in air road & sea formats.
I recently renewed my IATA qualification.
I am a conscientious hard worker and always look forward to a new challenge.
I also assist with trouble shooting IT problems with our IT department based in Alexandria, Egypt as I feel IT is important part of today's business
1, Managing ongoing exports around the world, that have been sent via air, road & sea freight.
2, Overseeing and ensuring all goods are packed meet the required regulations eg Air freight shipments packed to IATA standards
3, Preparing documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Dangerous goods notes, certificate of origins (European or Arab), EUR1, Certificates of Freesale, Conformity certificates, express or original bill of laden.
4, Evaluating suppliers for air, road & sea (recently ISO 9001 accredited)- ensuring there spot quotes are competitive and delivered within a timely fashion.
5, Planning of larger consignments at order stage through to raising the required documentation to actual packing onto containers
6, Always looking for ways to improve processes and systems so that we run more effectively.
7, Assist existing customers with sending shipments around the world whether its general advice or actual packing and sending on their behalf
8, Liasing with manufacturing department to ensure all planned orders are sent out on time.
9, I also deal with a small number of imports too.
10, Sales, building relationships with new customers & seeking new opportunities
11, Assisting with implementation CRM & Telephone management system
12, Setting up & managing social media platforms
